- Any products that have been used, tampered with, or are not in a resellable condition will not be eligible for a return.
- Non-Returnable Items:
-Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on cosmetic and food items.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective
- Return Process:

- Shipping costs for returning the product will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
